s Telephonedirectory:

Withthissettingyoucandefine,whetherthetelephonedirectoryofthepabxorthetelephone

bookofthephoneisloaded,whenthe»telephonedirectory«buttonispressed.

s Numberlength:

Themaximumlengthforinternalnumbersthatareassignedtodifferentinternalextensions

within your PABX system.

s Lineaccessdigitforthepabx:

Thelineaccessdigitisplacedautomaticallyinfrontofthenumberofthecallerfortheexternal

calls.

s ln.access:

Directexchangelineaccess(softkey»ln.access«)

With direct exchangeline access, you donot havetodial the lineaccess digitforconducting

outgoingcalls.

MSN (extension numbers)

Up to 10 MSN (extensionnumbers) can be configured on your telephone. When you enter an MSN or ex

tensionnumberinyourISDNsystemtelephoneyouareessentiallydefiningthatyourISDNsystemtelepho

neiscalledusingthisMSNorextensionnumberwhenacallismade.IfyouentermorethanoneMSNexten

sionnumberin your telephone,your phonewill ringeachtime oneof these MSN extensionnumbersis cal

led.

IfyouareusingyourtelephoneontheexternalISDNportofapabx,enteritsinternalextensionnumberinto

the pabx. Please observe the instructions in the PABX manual.

Whenyou call asubscriber, youcanselect a certain number(MSN) that is transmittedto thesubscriber(e.

g. forseparate charges). If you do not selectany number, the number(MSN) that has been entered first in

the phone (MSN-1) is used.

How to configure an MSN (extension number) is described in the following example with

»MSN-1«.
